Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with an issue caused during fulfillment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

To be eligible for review, products must be purchased directly from Asha Belle Beauty and the issue must be reported within the stated time frame.

We are not responsible for reactions, sensitivities, or results that may vary from person to person. Please review all ingredients before purchasing and patch test before use.
